What makes Cooking Classes Le Caggiole different from other cooking classes in Montepulciano?

Le Caggiole has been running cooking classes since 2009 — over sixteen years of continuous refinement. Giacomo, professional Chef and graded Sommelier, leads every class personally at his family's historic farmhouse (documented before the year 1000), where his family has lived for at least seven generations. His family produced Vino Nobile di Montepulciano until the mid-1980s, and the vineyards are still tended today. Classes are limited to a maximum of 8 guests and include wine tasting with expert food-wine pairing.

What cooking experiences are available at Le Caggiole?

Accepted Answer

Two experiences are offered: the Traditional 5 Course Menu (approx. 5 hours — hands-on cooking plus cooking show, seven preparations, five-course tasting with wine pairing) and the Traditional Pasta Menu (approx. 4 hours — fully hands-on, two fresh pastas plus tiramisù, with wine tasting). Both are guided personally by Giacomo.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

You may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience. In any case, a 10% fee is retained to cover bank charges, transaction fees and registration costs already incurred. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows or early departures: 100% of the total amount.
